Currently, he provides executive leadership, capital structuring, and construction oversight for the firm’s active self-storage development projects.

A graduate of Shih Chien University in Taiwan, Chin Hwa is a sophisticated multilingual communicator fluent in English, Mandarin, Japanese, and Taiwanese. She leverages this deep linguistic and cultural expertise to bridge international business communities and foster long-term partnerships. Her background is rooted in the highest levels of cultural discipline; she holds Master Certificates in both Japanese Kaiseki Culinary Arts and Ikebana, bringing a philosophy of precision and aesthetic harmony to the firm’s design and construction standards. This mastery of aesthetic vision previously fueled the success of a premier 400-seat restaurant, where she directed international marketing and curated high-profile corporate experiences. Currently, she is engaged in all phases of the team’s latest self-storage facility, ensuring a seamless transition from construction to completion by the end of 2026.

Geoff Chen leads development operations for East Creek ATX, bringing over a decade of expertise in the acquisition and management of specialized real estate assets. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Emory University with a degree in Economics and a minor in Philosophy, Geoff applies analytical rigor to every phase of the project lifecycle. He previously founded and operated a firm focused on institutional student housing for premier private high schools in Central Florida, where he developed a sophisticated understanding of niche market operations and complex equity structures. At East Creek, Geoff serves as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, and builders, overseeing the intricacies of city and county permitting while negotiating the contracts and financing necessary to bring projects to fruition. His strategic focus includes maximizing investment value through the pursuit of tax incentives and Opportunity Zone benefits
